Hiring: Area Sales Manager – Riyadh, KSA

A leading FMCG & food company in KSA is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead their retail sales operations.
What You’ll Do:
Lead & manage sales teams, set goals, and track performance.
Build relationships with key clients and support deal negotiations.
Prepare sales reports, analyze market opportunities, and expand client base.
Control retail sales expenditures & ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee stores, depots, routes, and sales vehicle standards.
Coordinate with ICT and internal teams for smooth operations.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5–6 years of experience in sales management (FMCG/bakery preferred).
Knowledge of retail sales strategies & sales tools.
KSA experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
SAR 12,500 (without KSA experience) / SAR 12,500–15,000 (with KSA experience) + incentives
